Section 1: Brain and Body Fuel CO’s Terms of Use:

By accessing or purchasing from Brain and Body Fuel (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Products & Use

Our products are food-based wellness and nutrition blends intended for general well-being. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary by individual. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are giving products to children.

2. Ingredients & Allergens

Products may contain nuts, seeds, grains, or dairy-based ingredients. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and ensuring suitability for their dietary needs or allergies.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in PKR unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to availability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse. (See details of advance payment)

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or external factors. Brain and Body Fuel is not liable for delays beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns or refunds are not accepted once the product has been opened or used. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, images, text, and product formulations are the intellectual property of Brain and Body Fuel and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Brain and Body Fuel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only for order processing, communication, and service improvement.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or products constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Advance Payment Policy (Prepaid Orders)

All orders placed with Brain and Body Fuel require full advance payment. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as products are prepared, packed, or reserved specifically for each order.

Order Confirmation & Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details, including address and contact number. Brain and Body Fuel is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

No Cancellation / Limited Refund Policy

Due to the prepaid and consumable nature of our products:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after payment.

  • Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, taste preference, or delayed delivery caused by courier partners.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be considered in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

Failed or Returned Deliveries

If a parcel is returned due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address:

  • The order will be considered fulfilled.

  • Re-shipping, if requested, will be charged additionally.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Any payment disputes, reversals, or chargebacks raised without first contacting Brain and Body Fuel may result in order blacklisting and refusal of future service.

Price Changes & Promotions

Prices, offers, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. Orders will be billed at the price confirmed at the time of payment.

Force Majeure

Brain and Body Fuel shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including courier strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
